Shared Ownership Valuation
For properties purchased under shared ownership or government loan schemes, a valuation may be required if the owner wishes to sell or increase their equity share (often referred to as staircasing). Help to Buy Valuation
For properties purchased under the government’s Help to Buy scheme, a valuation may be needed when the property is sold or when the owner wishes to repay their loan, his valuation then determines the current market value to accurately calculate the repayment amount.
